This luxury apartment has one bedroom with a study and includes a full size wahser and dryer, housekeeping services twice a week, maintenance support, and full privileges of City Club at River Ranch membership including Concierge Services. It also includes a communication package to include basic expanded cable, wireless internet and domestic calling. There is a designated parking space in the rear of the building.
